The National Charter of Education and Training (NCET) is a document issued by the Moroccan government that outlines the principles and goals of the country's education and training system.
It serves as a guide for the development of education and training policies and is organized around four main pillars: quality, equity, relevance, and efficiency.
The NCET aims to improve the quality of education and training in Morocco, increase access to education for all members of society, ensure that education and training meet the needs of the Moroccan people, and improve the efficiency of the education and training system.
Additionally, the NCET places a strong emphasis on lifelong learning and the role of education and training in promoting social and economic development in Morocco.
